Each account is for a single user only. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.

• Share or distribute case content without permission

ClerkSmart is strictly an educational simulation tool. The cases presented are fictional and generated by AI for learning purposes.

The Service does not provide real medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. You should never apply information from ClerkSmart to real patients without proper clinical supervision and verification.

ClerkSmart, its creators, and affiliates are not liable for any clinical decisions made based on the use of this platform.

All content, including but not limited to case scenarios, AI models, user interface designs, and branding, is the property of ClerkSmart and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any personal notes or content you create within the Service, but grant ClerkSmart a license to use anonymized data to improve the platform.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClerkSmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
